How long does shipping take for a new bike?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Once your bike leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Do the bikes arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, our bikes arrive 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We include a comprehensive tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide in every box.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for bikes that show signs of significant wear.
Do Cooly Bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all our frames are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as forks, brakes, and drivetrain parts are covered under a 2-year limited warranty.

How do I choose the right size bike for me?
